（中央社記者唐雅陵聖保羅9日專電）巴西北部羅來馬州長康伯斯今天致函巴西總統泰梅爾，要求政府派遣100名國家安全部隊人員前往6日發生33名囚犯被殺的基督山農村監獄。
康伯斯（Suely Campos）在致泰梅爾（MichelTemer）的公函中還要求：轉移監獄黑幫的8名頭目；派遣監獄整合干預部隊人員協助鎮壓監獄暴動；提撥巴西幣900萬元完成該州南部1座監獄及首府好景市（BoaVista）監獄附屬工程。
康伯斯在致泰梅爾與法務部的緊急訴求公函中指出，在監獄服刑的犯人的人身安全是「當務之急」，她並承認該州的軍警力量不足以保障監獄安全。
去年11月21日，基督山（Monte Cristo）農村監獄發生囚犯鬥毆致10人死亡事件1個月後，康伯斯曾要求聯邦政府派遣國家安全部隊人員，以加強羅來馬監獄系統安全。
康伯斯的要求在去年12月遭巴西司法部長莫瑞斯（Alexandre Moraes）駁回，理由是「儘管承認訴求的重要性，但政府無法受理。」
6日凌晨，33名囚犯在基督山農村監獄內被殺，沒有發生暴動，也無人越獄。
羅來馬州司法人權廳長卡斯楚（Uziel Castro）在記者會中指出，被殺死的獄囚無關任何犯罪幫派，所有死者都被分屍、斬首；卡斯楚並將屠殺行動歸咎於聖保羅監獄黑幫「首府第一司令部」成員。1060110
